could I have an image instead of the category name on the page that lists all the subcategories or products under it? |

Have a look at the category admin tool. It allows you to associate an image with each category and subcategory.

thanks I mean instead of the category name using fonts from css I want to have an image of the category name with a nicer font

Hi,
The only way I know of doing this is with some custom code. Doing this will also probably have a small negative impact on your "Search Engine Friendliness" If you decide to go ahead with this I would recommend creating the images with a standard name with the category ID being the variable part of the image name - which will simplify the custom coding. I'd also strongly recommend using the Category name as the ALT text. |
