Can't login as admin to control panel |

Hello,
We changed sites and used our license to build out a new site. The transition went fine so far except I can no longer log into the control panel and when I request the user ID to be emailed to me, none of my emails seem to be the registered address for the software.
I am not even positive which email I used initially to register the license but there's only 3 or 4 possibilities and I've tried them all several times. I have the license information and the original password and user ID but that does not work any more either.
Is there any way to override the admin pasword or retrieve the password and user ID from a file somewhere? Im stumped. The site appears to be connecting to the new database just fine and looks good so far. I just cannot login and the "send user id" link doesn't do anything for me. Im not even sure which email address to put into the "send user ID" box. I keep getting locked out after too many attempts to get in.
Any ideas?

If you have access to the database directly, simply copy the encrypted password from your store account (as a customer), into the Table in the database that holds the ProductCart Control Panel Administrator variables. then, you will be able to login using that password, and can change it under the Update Master User menu.
