While writing queries and reports from our ProductCart SQL database I sometimes run into issues where I can't track down the data field or table needed for specific information. Does Early Impact have some resource for customers that might make this easier. Some type of chart or diagram? I have searched the wiki extensively and can't find anything related.

Hi Nate,
There is information here and there in the KB and the WIKI, but unfortunately we don't have comprehensive documentation on the database structure. We acknowledge that it would be useful to many. It's unfortunately one of those cases where we have just never gotten to it, and - realistically speaking - we won't be able to provide the information overnight either. More feasibly, what we certainly can do is to gradually document the database structure on the WIKI as we work on new and existing features. I'll let everybody on our team know so that they can make this part of the process. Thank you for your patience. Massimo |
