Incomplete Orders - Do they hold inventory?

   For example: There is one item left on the online store, lets say a Camera. 

A customer purchases it, due to a payment problem the order goes to Incomplete.

Is that item out of stock now, with the single unit linked to this incomplete order OR will it put that one item back in stock?

	Inventory is only adjusted on a complete order
