We drop ship ever item we sell for other retailers.

They enter a PO and their customers' shipping address.

When they get the email confirmation, they get none of this information.

How do we go about editing the email contents to include the PO number and Ship to address?

Could we see a link to your store so we have a better idea of how you are capturing the PO#, etc?  Or perhaps explain this in a bit greater detail?

The PO number is captured in the last step of checkout. It's something that's done by default by Product Cart.

Our customers are resellers. They buy from us. They enter their own address as the bill to.
They enter their customer as the ship to. They enter a purchase order number.

They get an email confirmation that says their name only. There is nothing to reference the PO number or who the shipment is going to. If they order two of the same items for two different customers, they are getting identical emails.

ok, makes more sense now.  Unless EI has an idea, which they may, it sounds like you may need custom coding to address this requirement.
