I have a category which has over a thousands products, I want to exclude this category from the "Category links" as the large number of results causes a slow response from the server.
How can I do this? |

When you generate the navigation, do not include products. Alternatively, do not use the "Generate Navigation" feature built into ProductCart, but rather create your own. With ProductCart you are free to use any graphical interface (and navigation) you wish to use.

Awesome that was easy, removed the script line for that catagory in the (pc/inc_RetailCatMenu.inc) file.
Would need to be done each time the category navigation menu was created in the control panel, but thats ok. |
