Modifying Shipping Address fields in Languages.asp

   Hello -

So I needed to add/change some things on this page.  First thing I needed to change was the wording from "Address" to "Street Number and Direction" - Like I did (as you can see the image)

The next thing I need to do is add a line of text directly below the "street number and direction" - so it lines up to the left of the empty field.  

So, how do I add text to that space?  I need to add the wording "Street Name"
 (Right above 'City')

Also, how do I adjust the character limit for the blank fields?  I need to change the top field to 30 characters and the second to 20 characters.
