Change Upload Max Qty of Products

   I am trying to change the max amount of items I can upload at one time.  In the wiki it says I need to find the file: pcadmin/step4-xls.asp and change the number on it from 3000 to whatever I choose.  Since I plan on uploading over 20,000 items, I need to change this.  Where exactly can I find this file.  My eyes are sore from searching all the folders.
