Hi,
Trying to figure out what the last 2 values in the "Oversized Shipping" column represent in the product export file (csv). I am showing the following in a few files... Item 1 = 14x8x19x0x800 Item 2 = 8x6x98x0x400 I've tried a lot of settings but not yet able to find what controls those last 2 values. Can anyone assist? Thanks, Ryan. |

Hi Ryan,
The last 2 variables represent Girth and Weight (in ounces)... however I don't believe Girth is still used by the Shipping Carriers, so it is defaulting to '0'.

Thank you! I never would have sorted that out.
To confirm: can i Reimport without those values then and just use the 14x8x19, for example. Ryan. |
