If you still believe that there is an open issue in the One Page Checkout system, please let us know. Please open a support ticket so that we have the information we need to troubleshoot the problem.

At this time we are not aware of open issues in One Page Checkout when Service Pack 4 is installed. 

For example, this issue that was recently submitted appears to be due to customizations made to the software (according to our research so far).
