Hi,
Let's say I've generated a Gift Certificate of $20 and provided the code to some user. The user buys $5, recalculated amount is $0 (let's say the product do not require shipping charges). What happens to remaining $15 in that Gift Certificate? Can the user use it again and again? Regards, Sultan Arefin |

Yes, the balance is available for future purchases. Please review the section titled "Gift Certificate redemption guidelines" on the following page:

Gift certificates work great for me, that is unless someone uses Pay Pal express, in which case the receivers details don't seem to be entered and the gift certificate does not get emailed off to the recipient.
Do other have this problem and how do you get around it?
