See the link to fix earlier in this thread. Also, this is fixed in the new, free update that will be available next week (ProductCart v3.51).

Hi Greg,

We are still gathering feedback and doing some research. Right now there are about 30 files affected in the Standard version. In most cases, we are talking about very small changes to the source code, many of which apply to very specific scenarios (e.g. adding 3D Secure support to the ProtX payment gateway in the UK).

There is no set release date for this update.

EI - what's the schedule of releasing the post 3.5 patch, and do you have an idea of how many pages will be affected?  I'm holding off some work in anticipation of that update so I don't have to worry about over-writing mods I need to install.

Thanks!

Edit: Oh a quick fix, I like that, was typing this as that came in, thanks.
Yeah, was prob planning on doing that after the holliday weekend, thanks.

Just didn't want to open up temprorary access to the control panel unless I can monitor it.
As current setup does not allow anyone outside our network to access the control panel.

This is something that needs to raise a support ticket.
The RMA thing refreshed my mind about something that would be helpful.  It would be great if the customer can print a return label (without postage, since the customer will pay for the return postage him/herself).  Just a simply a block with their address (From) and our address (To) and the RMA number.  That avoids possible typos by the customer.  They simply print and glue onto the box.

Hello

I have PC v3.5b
I am now testing out the RMA request form for orders and ran in to an issue that does not allow it to complete.

On the user side, the go to previos orders, select the order, click the link "request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)"  this page shows up.  Select the product for return, enter in comments, click the continue button.
Next page shows "This order could not be found in our database."

Now surely the order is in the database as it sess the ordre and all the products on the order to select for RMA.

So what could the problem be?

Thanks
