When one of our customers places an order our staff is not getting the email notification and her orders are not appearing in "view all orders".  However, her orders are showing in her account as pending shipment and authorized.  So far this has not happened with any other customer that we are aware of.  This customer has been placing orders without problems since 2008 then about a month ago this started to happen.  I wonder if we should set her up as a new customer and see if the problem persists.  Any idea what might be causing this to happen.
