Hi lcameron,

Please open a support ticket through your account on our store and we can look into this for you. There are not any known issues with this feature so it's probably a server setting or possibly a file mismatch of some sort.

I am trying to use SEO optimised URLs, have followed the instructions here: https://productcart.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1543705-seo-optimized-urls but getting all sorts of errors.

I have pointed the 404 error to my page 404c.asp in the web hosting control panel. This page shows fine: http://69.46.17.159/store/pc/404c.htm.
If I visit any product pages, the URL is now showing correct but it does not show the product information in the content, just my 404 page? eg. http://69.46.17.159/store/pc/Eye-Creams-c8.htm.

I can't see anything else that can be changed and there doesn't seem to be any different instructions for V5. I also couldn't get the 404 page to work without editing the header code they gave in the intructions or I would receive a file not found

<!--#include file="include-metatags.asp"--> (Had to change to "../../include-metatags.asp"
<html> (Had to remove)
<head> (Had to remove)
<%if pcv_PageName<>"" then%>
<title><%=pcv_PageName%></title>
<%end if%>
<%GenerateMetaTags()%>
<%Response.Buffer=True%>
