I have disabled SKU appearing on products when viewed in category and also on product detail pages but the SKU is still appearing in the AJAX-drive product view, anyway to disable this appearing without editing the page code?

This issue has been addressed and the edited file will be part of the next update. If you need it sooner, open a support ticket and let us know which version you are currently using. The file changes depending on the version and whether you are using the Apparel Add-on.
