Hi,
   It's contained in the includes/languages.asp file, along with other text used in the store front.

Look for :
mainIndex_11", "Our featured products this month include..."

And by the way, if I want to change the font color and type in respect to the same topic mentioned above, do I do that in the pcstorefront.css?

Yes.  For any of the text within the application you have to look at the HTML and determine what class is assigned to it, then find that class in the CSS and edit it.
