Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

I�d like to add the ability for my customers to upload an
image (tif, jpg, gif, etc) to customize their product.  I�ve been scratching my head as to the best
way to do this.  In an ideal world the
customer would upload their image while choosing the other options of the
product.  Then in the control panel I
would see an additional field with their image.
Has anyone had a requirement like this?  Links to example pages, hints, and
suggestions all greatly appreciated.

	Product Cart 2.6 and above have the integrated Help Desk for allowing customers to send messages to you and upload images / files related to their order(s). For complete details, search for "Managing the Help Desk" in the Product Cart User's Guide.
