I'm working on a client's site where they're importing products and categories that don't start with the quotation marks, but might have a quotation mark in the product title to denote inches (for example: Berkley 6" Fillet Knife. When the import is completed, it's showing a double quote in the data database and on the site for the product and category title.
Does anyone have an explanation or an alternative to stop this from happening? I'm tried having him use " and it converts the & into &when it imports into the database, so that won't work.

Did you import as a CSV or XLS? As a quick test, if you used CSV, try XLS please.
