I am looking for anyone that has done development work that would enable you to add 20 - 30 custom form fields to a BTO Item or Standard Product? version 4.6 Basically all custom form fields would become part of the assigned product on save or check-out. Any information or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you mean custom input fields... like where customers can type stuff into the text fields/areas... then we are interested in this too.
