Installation DB Connection Issue

   We are installing a new version of PC 4.7 on Windows 2008 server running MS SQL 2008 RS1 SP2 Express.

Trying to connect using a DSN connection.  The DSN is set up and connects to the database.  The stored procedure was run successfully and all the tables for PC have been set up.

However, when running PC setup we continue to receive an error that the connection string cannot connect with the database.  All other items on the setup step 2 page check out fine.

Please help!
