Hey all,

Can someone please tell me how I can query instock items.  I want to be able to pull a report of all the items we have instock and the stock amount.

Unless Im being blind which is usually the case I cant seem to be able to see any where to do this.

Many thanks

You can do a custom data export to include the following: Product SKU,  Stock, Active and Not for sale fields then use excel to sort.

Hi Whizzinpc,

Many thanks for that.  One would think that as I can write a very simple script in sql query that something as advanced as PC would have a click here for instock items report.  Not export this sort that filter the other.

Still I guess I expect to much from the cart.  Heaven forbid some fundamental things should be included.

Hi Antonio,
What's not simple about the answer from Whizzinpc?
Being able to export the stock level data gives you complete flexibility to sort/filter etc the data within Excel, which most people are familiar with.

Also, as each item reaches it's re-order level the store manager can be alerted if this is desired.
