I wonder if anyone has done any customization in order to sync ProductCart with a POS software such as Mail Order Manager (M.O.M.)? We want to be able to export/import our order and customer data directly to M.O.M. to save us manually entering all the data (which has already been entered into PC's database) and then also be able to re-sync the order status, tracking info, etc. back to ProductCart so that the customer could login and see all that info on their account page. Right now we're having to do several of the same steps on both M.O.M. and PC.

Has anyone done anything like this, know of anything already built-in to PC that we could be utilizing, or know of someone that would be willing to take on such a custom project?

Hi @roknrod12,

We have had some experience integrating another shopping cart platform with M.O.M., however it's been years since we've seen the API for that.

If you can supply us the API, we can perform the integration for you.

Hi, Sean:

Thanks for the reply. When you say "supply us the API" what are you referring to? How can I get in touch with you and discuss this matter further (price, timeline, etc)? Tx
