Can anyone help me out? I have the basic set up in there, but need to know how I can instruct users to "cash these in" etc, etc....

Is there any way to generate a referral link that customers can send to people that tracks their referral points?

Same topic. I had someone make an account and not receive points for a purchase. How do I manually add points to their account?

Hi Tim, By this, were you meaning is there a way for customers to invite friends to come shop on the site and then the referring customer earns rewards points for their friends purchases? This feature is built into PC, but you'd be luck if a customer ever noticed it. We've done a mod we haven't released yet that makes this option much more obvious -- such as putting it on the order complete page and when they register an account, etc. It also has a reminder feature merchants can use to periodically boost sales by sending out an email reminder to everyone with reward point balances. Let me know if this is what you were thinking. |
