Moving the header and footer to root

   I am moving the header and footer to the root. I followed the latest instructions from the wiki.

I made every change they listed, and the store pages are still using the old header and footer from the pc directory.

Where are all the pages supposed to update the pages to change the include header and footer files to use the ones in the root folder?

None of the instructions outlined that?

Please advise.

	Without seeing the site this is difficult, but a couple thoughts come to mind. Make sure you altered your settings in the admin for the home page, and if you have hard-coded references to "home" within the site, please make sure you dealt with those.

	Do I need to have all the files in dreamweaver downloaded so that when I move up the home, header and footer files, it automatically updates all the include files to header and footer?

	Well, any time changes are made directly on the server, you certainly need to synch down in order to protect yourself from over-writing those changes with earlier versions of the pages.
