Need to import subproducts with quantity discounts

   To the best of my knowledge, neither EI nor any other developer has undertaken building an import for volume discount data. So yes, you will need it.  It's just that it will have to be upgraded to match v4 levels so that it knows how to hit the subproducts.  Our client for whom we created this only required updating parent products.
