Hello Fellow Forum Members,
I am a new user of Product Cart and can't seem to figure out this shipping issue. I am not getting a "View / Print Label" link after I process my UPS shipping labels. After I confirm all the shipment details and process the UPS ticket, I then enter the Shipping Center for UPS. There is no option to print any label. The manual says there should be the option when entering the Shipping Manager but its not there. The only options available is to click on the actual tracking number or cancel shipment. What am I missing / doing wrong? Did I miss a setting? Thanks in advanced... Eric |
