One Page Checkout Not working w/Canadian Addresses

We have had a terrible time with getting the one page checkout to work with Canadian addresses. Now it doesn't work at all. This is true in all browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

We are 4 year users of ProductCart and this started showing up with v4 and the one page checkout. We have never changed the settings in the cart. We have a big social media campaign kicking off and this is not the time to have this not working. Any ideas?

We are running PC 4.0a SP4

If you can update to v4.1, please do so right away as I'm not aware of any issues with Canadian stores in the latest release of ProductCart.

In the meantime, I'll ask around to see if there were any known issues in previous versions.

Updated to 4.1 - still no fix - Cedric found problem with corrupted Country Code. I reinstalled default list and now PC works just great! Thanks for all the help.
