Does anyone know of any PC enabled sites that sells a group membership/has anyone modified PC in order to sell such a product.  Any information would be appreciated.

Define what you mean by group membership? I take it to mean that if you want someone to join your group or commuinity they would select an option and then pay the fee through productcart?
