This is my first post of many i suspect so any help would be apriciated. We have just just ProductCart for the first time on our new site: https://www.blueherbs.co.uk/shop/pc/home.asp - https://www.blueherbs.co.uk/shop/pc/home.asp  and have a requirement for customising the shipping settings. We are a UK website and supply to the UK, EU and Worldwide. Postal costs for our product are different and are defined by weight and destination (country) therefore it would be very useful to be able to create shipping services for specific countries rarther than the simple current domestic or international option which is implemented at presant.

Product cart have this feature on thier radar but it will not be implemented anytime soon.

Any ideas on the complexity of adding this functionality?
