Is there a way to get ProductCart to send order confirmation email to more than one email address? We have two different people who need to know when an order comes in.

Create an alias in your mail server definitions. Define both of the recipients.

Example: Create an account called mailto:orders@yourdomain.com - orders@yourdomain.com , and set that up for the 2 folks you mention. Then set the store to send mail to mailto:orders@yourdomain.com - orders@yourdomain.com
