We are getting following message at the end of checkout process

"No shipping rates were returned for your order. The shipping provider's server may be unavailable at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact the store administrator."

Please help on this?

Were you ever able to identify the problem? I have about 70% of my orders that come through having this problem. When I try to edit their order and click the "Check Real-Time Rates" it always returns the same error you stated. Has anyone else experenced this?

***UPDATE***

After doing a little super sluthing, I realized I hadn't enterd a product weight for some items. After adding a product weight, the "Check Real-Time Rates" function worked. If anyone else experiences this make sure you check your product details and verify you have entered a weight. That may solve your problem like it did mine.
