| I, and our customers, have noticed that Reward Points do not work with Google Checkout. Am I just missing a setting or is this a normal function? Thanks! |

Hi rhowerm, That is correct. Reward points do not work with Google Checkout. Though, there are two important reasons why this is so. Google allows the customer to hide their email address so there is nothing to identify a customer, and therefore no way to reliably keep track of points. Google also has no input fields to redeem the reward points. Simply put, Google Checkout is not compatible with Reward Points. |
