Hi Everyone,

I'm considering making a purchase of this software but have become a bit scared that I'm calling on a Monday and have been directed to voicemail when trying to reach sales or support.  Is Tech Support 24/7? Can anyone give me some guidance? Thanks.

Hi Jason,

Thank you for your interest in ProductCart.  We do offer pre-sales phone consultations, but all technical support is done through our on-line support form.  This allows customers to provide us with the necessary information to investigate or troubleshoot their ticket.

Our "stated" support policy is that we will reply to support tickets within 4 business hours (US - PST), HOWEVER.... we typically get back to customers much more quickly and operate very close to 24/5 (during the week) & 2/16 (on weekends).

Please let us know if you have any other questions.  Since there was no message left on our voice mail, we are unable to call you back.

Thank you for the prompt response.  What if I have 5 ecommerce sites that I'm interested in moving to Product Cart software, is there a fee per license? Can anyone give insight as to how Product Cart stacks up against Volusion?
