Problem loading ViewCategories.

I can access products by new categories or search. I've even replaced the ViewCategories.asp with an older saved file. I had a back-up folder of the working site but as soon as I re-named the folder and Turned Off (AJAX) I refreshed the page and it when back to the error code. Can anyone help??

ok, could you clarify what happened here?

What folder got renamed, and how did you rename it?  Are you using FrontPage?  Did links get re-pointed or something?

What you might want to do is to open the /store/includes/opendb.asp file and place a ' in front of the first instance of "on error resume next".

Then go into the admin and turn off error handling. (Store Settings > Miscellaneous)

This should allow us to see the actual error that is occurring.

The Folder:

Before the 3.11 update I back up the store (FTP) and copied it into another folder. I could still accessing that folder. When I could no longer access the product categories on the /store folder I checked my back up folder. I wasn't getting that error. So I renamed the folders.

The old folder worked. But as soon as I made those two changes. I got the error msg.

Using Dreamweaver

and this is the Error.

Your database connection has collapsed and is no longer working.

Might want to file support request, or contact me per PM.
