Hey Everyone, I got a notice from USPS about API changes occuring on May 12th.

"On May 12, 2008 several APIs will be altered in response to the USPS Price Change (< http://www.usps.com/prices/welcome.htm - http://www.usps.com/prices/welcome.htm >). While the APIs listed below will remain structurally and syntactically backward compatible, data changes are possibly substantial enough to affect some integrators. Please contact icustomercare@usps.com < mailto:icustomercare@usps.com - mailto:icustomercare@usps.com > (1-800-344-7779) with any specific schema or enumeration questions. "

Right after the 12th, International First Class no longer was showing up as a shipping option even though my store has it enabled. Only International Priority is a showing up on checkout.

I just went through past customer orders and First Class International was used by a customer last on the 11th, before the changes went into effect.

Is anyone else having these problems? Is there a patch or solution for this yet? I fear it's costing me many orders as I have a lot of international customers.

Thanks

We are currently working on a patch for the USPS changes in the API. Once the patch has been completed it will be available in the "Just In" section of the Support section. If you require this update right away, please submit a support request and we will try to expedite the changes to your store.

Ok, I've downloaded it and what do I see.  Version 3.12 among others.
It don't see that version being out there.  Am I missing something?

Hi Katharina,

v3.12 is delivered to new customers only at this time.  There is no update to it, because it does not include any new features.... only the patches that are already avaliable on the "Just In" section of our support page.  The next update for ProductCart v3.11 customers will probably happen in August some time.  The exception to that will be additional lsecurity updates that we are going to be posting shortly (which are further reinforcements to the type of SQL injection attacks that have been rampant the last few weeks).

More patches?  I just spent most of yesterday patching every store I could get my hands on, and have several more to go.  What's coming please?

As a result of the SQL injections that have recently taken place, we are making painstaking efforts to go thru each ProductCart file and make sure that every possible area of vulnerability is reviewed.  Based on the outcome of this research, we anticipate posting a new security update for ProductCart stores.

I kind of wondered when I downloaded the last security patch.  It was only one file and I expected a bulk load of files.  Better save then sorry, so I'm ready for more updates.
