Since uploading the CAPTCHA (or whatever it is called, I think I'm getting the spelling wrong...the security number on the contact page) I get several warnings a day about my contact page.

Is someone really trying to hack me, or is it that email bots are trying repeatedly to glean info or spam my contact form and getting locked out?

And is there a way to turn these warnings off?
