Boo

Ok I'm still new at CSS. A few ahh "choice" words one could say have been spoken so far trust me.

Ok I have a background image - that's fine I can get that going and repeating.

What I'm having troubles with - not even sure if its possible to tell the truth-

I want to place a png file in the corners of the page. - so four all up, transparent fading to black outside.

I have looked around the net and tried absolute positioning, percentage, got really messed up with z-index.... hmmm... I'm sure I'm just putting it in wrong or something.

Finally I thought I would try you guys as you all seem to know so much.

If someone could point me in the right direction. Even just the code to place an image in the top right corner - with luck I can take that and figure out changing it to the other corners.

Hey thanks.

Alex

Oh I forgot-

I want it all under the productcart/header/footer etc

So in otherwords I want it to be as if it was a background image.

Thanks Again.

Hi Alex,
If I understand you correctly you want to keep your background image & on top of that have the PNG in the four corners?
I think the easiest way to achieve this is with a single image that has all 4 corners already in place and stretches  to the full page size. Use alpha transparency to allow the background to show through. Of course start with an image size that won't  be distorted to much.
To get an image to stretch to the full screen size see :-
