On the - Insert ProductCart Links (Dreamweaver Extension) is Product ID the same as SKU#? I am desperately trying understand the way this cart works (it's my first). I made a test page in DWMX2004 and linked (can't use roll overs?) to a SKU# of a product that I inserted thru the control panel. It brings me to - /productcart/pc/msg.asp?message=85 - which shows my procart page without any products. Am I suppose to put the link on one of the footer/header.asp pages?

Paul

Make sure that you are using the product ID and not the SKU in your link. Check out the "Generate Store Links" feature in the Control Panel for help as well ( http://www.earlyimpact.com/productcart/demos/standard/productcart/pcadmin/genLinksa.asp - see an example of this feature in a demo store). If you need more assistance,  open a support ticket.

Hi, I'm not sure if you figured this out already or not. Product Cart does allow importing of Products sing Excel. For complete details, see the User's Guide section on 'Importing an Existing Product Database' for complete details including the column titles for Excel and the steps to go through to ensure a smooth import.
