Hi,

I'm customizing product cart for my customer.

Because they use the UPS, I configured our customer's UPS account and informations including address.

But I cannot get the shipping information during the order prcoess of end user.

"We were not able to calculate shipping rates for your order at this time. If you continue the checkout process, we will contact you after we receive your order to discuss shipping options with you. Shipping charges will be added to your order at that time. "

I checked the source code and found that the iUPSFlag is 0 (not 1).

How can I fix this problem?

1. I installed the MSXML 3 and MSXML 6 on the server.

2. I set the shipping address in the Shipping Option Menu.

There are no known issues with UPS rates at this time.  If you would like us to look into it, please open up a support ticket.
