All Item Names in the BTO products are losing the last few letters. I can not find where to change the value to fix this problem. They are worse in Firefox. Here is a link to a BTO product to see what i am talking about.

Hi hhsign - It's a CSS issue as the text is definitely there, just hidden.

I have a real bodge of a solution - far from ideal, but it's a start until someone finds a better fix. In pcstorefront.css find :-

    /* Style the transparent fields used by ProductCart Build To Order and Apparel Add-on */
    #pcMain .transparentField {

and add :-
        width: 40%;

Or set it in pixels.
Be aware that the descriptive text is NOT the only field on the page using that CSS.

hhsign: we had not seen this happen before and cannot replicate it in our tests (e.g. http://www.earlyimpact.com/productcart/build_to_order/productcart/pc/configurePrd.asp?idproduct=423&qty=1 - see long item names on this product configuration page ).

- if you have customized any of the pages that affect the product configuration page, please try restoring the default ones and see if the problem disappears. This is true for the CSS documents too.

- if you still believe there might be an issue in ProductCart, please open a support ticket so that we can further look into it and recommend additional steps.
