We want to update all our SKU's for inventory purposes... we have about 2-3 thousand products and cant do it one at a time. I there any way to do it in batch?

Have you considered the export for re-import feature? Export to CSV, update with Excel, re-post to the store...

Yes I have...

When you import it looks for SKU to make a match and update... Only way it will work is if it looks for the product Id to match.

So it wont work unless the import feature is customized.

OK, I see. I didn't understand that at first. You literally want to replace the SKU values. If you need that tackled, contact me directly.
