Wondering if anyone else using Fedex has run into this issue and how you solved it.  (I opened a support ticket with EI, they suggested I post in the forum)

Here's the issue. 
This is for a US ship from address and a ship to Canadian commercial address.

Fedex Ground is being returned as a viable shipping option for our "commercial" International (Canadian) customers.  When it should not appear as an option.

My thought is to customize the code to check the ship to Country, if the ship to Country does not equal US, then Fedex is excluded as a shipping carrier.

Has anyone done something similar?

Any developer's willing to tackle this?
