on our site we want to offer price breaks for different quantitys ordered. say you order 12-35 red shirts the price will be say 4.00 per shirt but if you order 36-71 red shirts the price will be say 3.70 per shirt. can we do this? what is the easiest way to do this. thank you.

Hi, Yes, this is supported by ProductCart.
The term used for this in ProductCart is "Quantity Discount" and useful pages on the WIKI relating to this are : http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/productcart/marketing-quantity_discounts -
