Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e37'

Invalid object name 'pcDFCustPriceCats'.

/store/pc/OrderVerify.asp, line 1812

I get this at this error right after I choose my shipping options?

In the meantime, make sure that "on error resume next" in the file "includes/opendb.asp" is NOT commented out (i.e. there should be NO apostrophe in front of any of the "on error resume next" lines in that file).
