When I do a google search for one of my customer's websites, I get this below the website name in the search results window:

We offer shopping cart software to run ecommerce stores. Our shopping carts are used by businesses to build and manage an online storefront.

Where do I edit this .asp file to change what is says?
EDIT:

Should have done a search first, it was in the include-metatags file.
