I want to change, "Processed," to something like... "In Production," since we sell customized laptops. Thanks!

Hi JWL - If you mean the store pages then look for the word in includes/languages.asp - There are 11 lines with that word in the file. In the admin pages the text on pages is usually in the code at the moment.
