Here is something we constantly run into. We would like an item/s to be excluded from reward points all together. For that is would be nice to have a check mark on the product level as to not to apply reward points. Then when we globally update reward points, if would leave it at zero. This would be great for services that can be added to an order, so we do not give reward points for it. Another scenario is for shipping charged that had to be determined. We can simply send a link by email for the shipping charges and the customer can pay online. Currently we have to be careful about applying reward points globally, if we have such an outstanding payment. It may be manageable if you are small, but impossible if you have employees or your site is really busy. Katharina

Hi Katharina, we will keep your suggestion in mind for the future. In the meantime, using Global Changes you should be able to quickly correct the fact
that Reward Points were assigned to products that should not grant them.
Specifically, you would...
- Assign points using the usual script - Go to "Products > Global Changes" - Select the products that should not have any points assigned (top area of the page) - Set their Reward Points to 0 (bottom area of the page)

Thanks for the tip, haven't used the global changes area yet. It still requires to remember to "undo" of reward points, after globally updating them. It will work for now, but I love to see the addition in future updates. I may post more idea as I find things that could be better. Katharina
