I did a successful install of the SEO mod - everything worked great and looks great.

However, for some reason Google has indexed my site as https://www.mysite.com - https://www.mysite.com ...  so now when people click over, it is in https:// instead of http://

Im a little puzzled at why it did that - could it be related to the SEO mod? I dont think so, but just throwing that out there..

My question is wondering if it is possible to do a force rewrite check on the HTM page to reload in http://

Leaving in https isnt too big of a deal, but it would be cleaner looking to have in HTTP.

Any ideas?

How many pages are indexed this way?  If you perform a search on google in the folloing form you can see how many pages are indexed, then scan for the https

site:www.yourdomain.com

My thinking that the answer depends upon how many page you are dealing with that are indexed in such a manner.

Its about 90% https: - I dbl checked the SiteMap.XML is all http://

i currently use Google Webmaster Tools/Sitemaps on about 30 different web domains, and none of them have indexed as https://, even the ones with SSL security - so that's why I was wondering if the SEO mod had anything to do with it -  if this was a straight ASP page, I know how to reformat the URL and resend so that it looks correct, but with this being HTM, not sure.

thanks for your help!

Without seeing your store, it's hard to know, but this might get solved using ISAPI Rewrite from http://www.helicontech.com - www.helicontech.com .  For a small numbmer of pages you could probably use META redirect, but since I have no idea of what 90% relates to, I cannot make that determination.  Please check your PM.
