Note: This order's Total has increased over the original authorization max. Unfortunately, this transaction can not be reauthorized becuase the price is over 115% of the originally authorized amount or exceeded an increase of $75 USD.

Because is mispelled, where do I change that, thanks.

look in /productcart/pc/includes.asp

Hi,
This message is from an admin page and not all the text in the admin pages has made it to an include file yet. In this case the messge is in file pcadmin/OrdDetails_PayPal.asp - Hopefully you have renamed the directory, so adjust appropriately.
