Is there a place to enable an email to be sent to me for a new account in my store.  For instance if someone came to my store and signed up with us, but did not place an order, can I still get an email that they signed up?

yes.  Look at the e-mail settings screen.

Thanks Greg.  I had this checked and I still was not receiving the notification. I guess Ill play around with it some more.

You should use the "test email" feature on the email settings display to make sure you are receiving e-mails in general.  If that works, but registering a new customer does not result in an e-mail then I suggest you submit a support ticket.
